Changing your region to make purchases or circumvent regional content restrictions is considered a violation of Microsoft's Terms of Service and the Xbox Community Standards, doing so could result in enforcement actions placed on your account or devices.

Unless you are physically located in Germany, I'd advise against changing your region and making this purchase.

I live in Germany as well and use my XBox One in English language. You just have to switch to an english speaking region like UK. When you want to buy something from the marketplace or watch a movie, you have to change back to german region and german language.
After the purchase you can change back to english. No problems so far.

I bought Ryse from Amazon.de and it works fine in english language on my XBox One.

I have the same problem as PeteFlyer, but I don't want to create a new Mexican Account because I'm gonna loose all my reputation as well as my current profile, everything, is there a way to keep my current account ? I just want to change the Region/country?

Keep in mind cod black ops 2 content is language locked

So buying a German copy means you must.be in a German region and lamguage dlc

If you aren't in a German region you must.buy a different disk

And.MUST match your actual region since blackops is both language locked and region locked

You can get.xbox one games.and higher which isn't language locked but as mentioned ONLY NEWER GAMES.has language and region independences

UK has a different power plug, and I bought it from amazon, if I bought it from Germany, the instructions and stuff would probably be in German, also I can't read German so I'd have to use google translate (which sucks) or something to be able to buy it
from there, and so since I didn't think there would be any problems with buying it from the US since I had an adapter and it's region free, I just bought it from the US thinking everything was gonna work perfectly, which it didnt....
