I want to be able to play bedrock on pc

So a few years back I had bought Minecraft bedrock version on my xbox using a code that I had bought from a store. But then recently I got a new pc so when I tried to install the bedrock version on my pc its asking me to pay for it again, its really unfair and I wish you guys could help me out and fix this issue.

I don't get what you are saying, there are only two versions of minecraft currently available in the store, the java and bedrock. I downloaded the bedrock version why should I pay for this bs again. I don't understand why those things are separate you could literally play with pc players on the console version. How money hungry do yall have to be to make up this bs. Can I atleast get a refund on my console version cuz this is just unfair.

Minecraft is not a Play Anywhere title. You'll need to purchase the PC version in order to play it on PC.

Games that support Play Anywhere allow you go buy a game on console or PC and download it again for free on both platforms. Minecraft is not one of those games, so you would have to purchase it for each platform you want to play it on.

Since you bought the game in 2019, it wouldn't be eligible for a refund.

None of those options worked, the account is definitely correct and I am using the same account for both. The launcher seems to be up to date as well. Surely, if I am able to play minecraft bedrock with that account on ios (I am able to join realms) then my account must have Bedrock, additionally when logging into the launcher with my brothers account who plays bedrock on PC, all it says is "Play Trial" so something is definitely wrong with the launcher. Is there anything else I can do? My PC is 7 years old, does it have something to do with that?
