I want reimbursement for my rewards points not working for months now

says you are still in the two day registration period. Also, you join by date on the MyRewards page is still "???" indicating you are not yet a member. We'll check back in a few days to check your account details and perform a transfer if everything looks

I tried out the metro pack and it works now im just having issues with sinclair solutions. xbox has been kind and reimbursed my points but its a shame that this dlc wont work.

so please could i either be reimbursed my points or can u just activate me the 1 month of game pass i payed for
