    I am constantly purchasing direct from Xbox live and just purchased an Xbox one s even though I have a one. I feel I should get the 50000 points regardless for my loyalty since the original Xbox but it's only if you buy from the Microsoft store... that's
    cheap and makes me feel unappreciated. At least gift me for being a good boy!

    For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer
    support.     Keep in mind the offer is for purchasing the console, not just for owning it. So if you purchased it before the offer began, it may not be eligible.

    Sorry but there are no refunds on marketplace purchases.It would be wise to be more careful with your account in the future so this doesn't happen again,maybe set up a password on the account.
