The Gold Subscription was made bu mistake. We havle renewed olur Xbox Live Gold subscription.

Gold subscription was extra.

ive been trying to get ahold of contact support for xbox live billing. The issue im having is i didnt want my subscription to automatically renew because right now i really didnt want to renew it, ive been trying to contact yall almost all day. if i can
have my subscription canceled and the money to be refunded to my account i'd really appreciate this. Please help. Thanks

Problem resolved here in the Netherlands

lets do some math shall we (correct me if i am wrong):

year of gold , lets call it 50.00 (USD)

divided by 12 (months) = 4.16

divided by 30 (days roughly) = 0.13

divided by 24 (hours) = .005

so to be refunded for just a day, it wouldn't even be a cent...so if you really want that refunded, you're pretty sad

You will need to navigate to the services & subscription page here: Microsoft account | Subscriptions

When you have signed into your account, please can you click onto manage on the right-hand side.

You will be taken to the page where you can manage the subscription. Please scroll down until you see an option to cancel the subscription.

Please note that once you click onto cancel subscription, it will cancel the subscription on the spot. If you are eligible for a refund, it will prompt you about the refund and process it. However, this is automated. This is the only way you can get a refund for subscriptions.
