    That's not anything we can do for you on the forums. You can check your account at http://account.microsoft.com to see if it shows the funds in your account (keep in mind it can take 24 hours to receive the funds after redeeming the card). If that site doesn't show that you've received the funds, you'll want to contact Microsoft Rewards support. If it shows any errors, contact support and speak to billing. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
