By a mistake i bought 2 Sims 4 Deluxe editions.

No refund possible , and no way to contact any one, that could help , og was for my daughter and i did not know i had to send it as a gift, wife is mad as

If you purchased the game as a gift and your son already redeemed the gift card, unfortunately you will not be able to refund it.

If you want, you could try to remove and add your son's account to the console again.
