    its day 20 and i havent received anything and i would like my money back or i will dispute this with my card company first thing in the morning. my gamer tag is VIC4DUB. i purchased this game on april 4th 2016.

    Never Received my Alan Wake Code for my Quantum Break pre order

    That's dumb. Why would I want to play Alan Wake once Qauntum break releases?

    If you speak with phone support and tell them that you are not interested in waiting anymore they will give you a refund. Just be polite and refuse direction to post in the forums any more. I asked the rep to revoke my license because I was intending to
    file a dispute with my card protection service (you have to be ready to go that route instead of giving ultimatums where support knows that they have more time) and I was offered a refund that was credited back to my account two days later.
