    I want a refund, about the purchase of this game Darksiders hk199


    this game Darksiders hk199，The game combined with the news that you first log in is 123 and three collections, but only 1 and 2 after the latest update, so I feel I'm cheated. I want a refund to make a reservation for third.Besides, I am a XBOXONE pass member.
    There are 1 and 2 games in it.

    Digital refunds coming

    A new feature is coming where you can get a refund on a digital game.

    If the purchase is within 14 days & you have played less than 2 hours of the game then you can get a refund on a digital game purchase via your account.

    This doesn't apply to dlc,season passes etc.

    About time methinks & it should make things clearer about refunds.Bought quite a few stinkers in the past that I would of liked to get a refund on but couldn't due to the no refunds policy.

    I want to claim a refund of the game

    log in to your microsoft account go to your purchase history select the purchase and you should find the option for refund,only you need to have played less than 2 hours of the game to be able to get a refund.

    If they haven't made a decision about the refund yet, respond to the last email you received confirming the refund and tell them you want to cancel.

    Otherwise, if it was refunded already, you would need to purchase the game again.

    [/quote]Darksiders is an awesome game, I know a lot of people jumped on the Hatewagon because it paid Homage to Zelda and Portal. But the game was created in homage to those games by a guy who gave up a very lucrative career in comics to play games.

    Darksiders 2 is one of my most anticipated games of 2012.
