    So my account was suspended on July 13 and it ends until July 12th. But they also banned my console until Aug 12th. Why do they also ban the console longer than the account? I still won’t be able to play online once July 27 hits because they ban my console
    longer. Lol do they really think I have another Xbox one to go play on. Or they tryna force me to buy another Xbox? I don’t understand why they ban the console longer or at all. They might as well ban my account until Aug 12th as well cause I still won’t be
    able to play online on July 27th. So stupid. Somebody please give me a good reason for this stupidity.

    Console Communication Ban Finished But Still Banned.

    tried resetting the console, used different accounts and still banned, ban ran out AUG 27. Still cant talk in parties.

    hi and thank you for your comment but the thing is im not banned,i was able to game online straight after reading the msg and email.There's absolutely nothing wrong with my Xbox live logo and ive sent no msgs to anyone or commented on posts in a while
