Kindly perform a full power cycle by holding the power button on your Xbox for 10 seconds until it shuts down. Then, unplug it for a few minutes before turning it back on.

When the Xbox is fully ON, please test your network connection by going to settings> network> network settings> test network connection.

I keep getting an error code of :80048821. I even tried creating this new account and still receive an error message saying email or password is invalid.

I've also tried doing this but still says there are restrictions on my account, also I've tried to add it to a family but I keep getting an error that I can't.
