Subitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. If your friend already submitted a review and it was upheld, there is nothing else he can do. He would have received the ban because he did something to violate the code of conduct,
not just because you reported him.

Anyone how to contact these so called enforcement's sitting behind a keyboard? I got a communication ban just for cussing, but these **** won't do anything to the ones who cheats. I wanna talk to someone instead of hitting a review
button. So if anyone has a direct # to these people I sure would appreciate it.

I KNOW! I received a 14 day suspension from Xbox live for "harassment" two days ago and I hadn't even played that day or two days before that. (July 5th, btw). They literally don't look at any of the crap. AND IM SO ANNOYED. Today is when one of our raid
team members passed away due to cancer and on this day we always throw a memorial in honor of him one Destiny. Now, because of Xbox I can't honor what a great person he was.

Man, when someone swears at you, grow a pair and don't instantly report them. You're not a baby are you? If he's been swearing at you multiple times then sure, go ban that guy, but you shouldn't ban someone for insulting you once. NOT SAYING that you do,
but still. I seiously got a harassment ban for saying: Really f*g? It's been a month now and I still can't play nor talk on xbox live, which is a service I PAY FOR. Don't ruin someones day/week/month because he called you a f*g once, don't be that guy....
