    Hi, i used my windows 10 gift code (free because i have the pc/mac version) on my sisters pc a while back, i now have my own and have noticed my mistake, is there any un-redeem my gift code on my sister's account, and re-redeem it on my own?

    Did not receive my Gift Code credit.

    Hello, I ordered Fifa 16 from Microsoft and was supposed to receive a $10 Microsoft Store Gift Code (as it shows on my recent orders) but I actually never received the $10, as my account shows that there is $0.00 in gift codes and credits.

    How can I make my microsoft point gift cards apply to another account?

    Hi, my microsoft points are getting close to getting me a gift card, i'm just wondering, since microsoft no longer send the codes, can I choose to gift the card to another account as my xbox does not use this account?

    Unfortunately, there is no way to un-redeem a code once it has been redeemed. The content cannot be transferred between accounts either.

    xbox rewards issues can't donate

    I have tryed them that was the first place I tryed, I also tryed microsoft helpline, but I ended with some div on the phone trying to tell me it's not possible to donate points to friends and family and that I can only gift games, obviously that person is rong as iv been using microsoft rewards for years

    Please correct me if im rong, you have bought a Xbox live gold card at a store? and if so you can redeem the code by going to the Xbox guide one the controller then scroll all the way to the left and click on redeem code now on the back of the card you should
    have some numbers and enter that into the Xbox, when doing this please make Shure that the Xbox is connected to the internet. if I stand rong im sorry and I will try to fix the problem.
