Discus and support I used code on the wrong platform in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I used the minecraft.net code on windows 10, but I wanted it on xbox one, I did not want to put it on the wrong platform, can you help me?...     Today, on March 27, I bought a DLC of black ops 3 for Xbox 360, but when I read it wrong I realized I had bought it for Xbox One but it was too late (Buy On Site), what do I do?

    All of those are for using the windows platform. What about the android platform.

    I am constantly having problems that the application claims is internet connection related. My internet connection is just fine, this is the ONLY application that seems to have an issue.

    Even your error messages are wrong, sending people to a page that does not show that error code or even that platform.

    It doesn't matter where you redeem it, the code will only redeem what it was for. If you redeemed the Xbox code then you just need to go back through the Prime thing to get the PC code and then redeem that.

    I'm sorry to hear that you gifted the wrong platform for the Destiny Legacy Collection DLC. Unfortunately destiny 2 canr.be bought on pc via xbox games for Windows 10

    You can only buy it via battlenet or steam for pc aa mentioned in the link above

    You would have to refund on the platform you gifted on

    You can only gift the console version on the xbox network
