I upgraded from Xbox One to Xbox One S but didn't receive the promotional reward points.

Hi Matt. We do not see your purchase was made from microsoftstore.com. For console purchases to qualify, they had to be made from microsoftstore.com with your associated Microsoft account. When looking at your account, we do not see a console transaction
from the Microsoft Store website on that date.

There were two offers running at that time for upgrading. The 50,000 credit offer was only sent to certain members and was not available to everyone. If you did not receive the specific email, you would receive the default offer of 30,000 credits. If I remember
right, the 50,000 were for upgrading from a 360 to a One S.

I received the offer for upgrading from an xbox one to a xbox one s. I even spoke to someone before I purchased the xbox one s to confirm how the promotion worked. I upgraded my xbox one to an xbox one s and should have received 50,000.

Unless there is a specific promotion running (such as the Upgrade to Xbox One S, or physical disc pre-order from microsoftstore.com in the US) we are NOT rewarded for making hardware or physical disc purchases.

The staff can confirm if you qualified for the One S upgrade, other than that unless the games you purchased were hard-copy pre-orders from microsoftstore.com, and you live in the USA, then those will not count toward MyVip/Rewards.

Unfortunately, you have to purchase an Xbox One X and/or Far Cry 5 DURING the promotion period in order to receive the rewards points.
