I updated my verification methods several times and it still don’t send verification codes...

Based on your description, it seems to be that you are not receiving the verification code when signing in to your Xbox live account. Let's work together to find the best solution to this problem.

I would like to ask a few questions to better understand the problem.

• When did the problem started?
  
• Is this the first time that you sign in to your account that requires verification method?
  
• Have you enabled your two-step verification on your Microsoft account? If you have enabled your two-step verification, there is no way for us to bypass the verification method. You will need to verify your account for proof of identity.
  
• Have you checked your junk mails if the email was there? There are times that the email goes directly to the junk/spam folder, you might consider checking it there.
  
• Make sure that your email doesn't have any issues with sending and receiving emails. You may do a test email for yourself to see if your email is working.

It still accepts my password but the verification is not allowing me to receive a code to log back on my Xbox account telling me we can not send a text to this number I’ve not changed the number don’t have a two step on my account

If I cancel the info update I still can't get the game because I no longer have the old number to send the verification code to.

Try Different Communication Method:
If you're not receiving the verification code through text message (SMS), consider trying an alternative communication method, such as email or a phone call. On the verification screen, look for the option to receive the code through an alternative method.
