I updated my email in Microsoft Account, Minecraft purchases all disappeared.

Hello,

I had to update my email in Microsoft. I added a second email because I would soon lose access to the one currently listed. I then logged in to minecraft through the same Microsoft account--with only change being having added an email to the account--and all my purchases, skins, mods, AND minecoins were all gone. Gamertag and all information has remained exactly the same. Not sure why adding an email to my microsoft account would do this. I opened a support ticket with Minecraft but haven't heard anything. I also cannot access the Marketplace.

Please, help. My kid is going to be so disappointed.

I have a different email address that I use to purchase Minecraft. I accidentally deleted Microsoft and all of my data disappeared.

If you added a second email you should not lose any of the information/content, you should try to access with the old email and it should be still available, but is probably that you changed the email on the wrong Microsoft account confirm that checking the friend list and the last achievements

the minecraft account was not migrated to another microsoft account, but to a yahoo email. I am aware of the email, reference code, card details, purchase date, my Microsoft account information and my Minecraft name (which may have been changed). I don't need help recovering my Microsoft account, as I have already managed to recover it. But I wanted to ask for help in migrating Minecraft from the scammer's email to the original Microsoft account (which is the one I'm writing with). Obviously I will provide you at Microsoft with all the information necessary to get your Minecraft account back. (if I try to log in to the launcher with my Microsoft account it tells me that I didn't purchase the game, which is false and I can test it with the data I listed before).

I purchased a new Minecraft account (Microsoft) on the 12th of May 2022.

Did you purchase a Minecraft account, or purchase Minecraft the game?

However, I just realised that there isn’t a confirmation email in my inbox/junk mail. I recently have had an issue in Minecraft and they required my transaction ID from the confirmation email. May I know why I did not receive the confirmation email in my Microsoft account inbox?
