    Would you please double check the game is not listed both on the control panel and on the apps listing?

    - Go to Start > Search and click on Control panel > Programs > Programs and features > Search for Sea of Thieves.

    - Go to Start > Settings (gear icon) > Apps > Apps & features > Search for Sea of Thieves.

    Please let me know how it goes.
