I tried to uninstall shadow of war on my pc, it left the xbox game pass bar but it's
still on my pc, the 90gb is still allocated.

Try restarting the PC and if that doesn't work try uninstalling/reinstalling the game.

I've done the suggestions up to uninstalling the game and this is where I get confused. This is a fairly new pc and my first time with windows 8.1. Why can I not figure out how to uninstall the game? It came pre-installed, it isn't on the list in the
change/uninstall programs. I went into the windows store and it doesn't give me the option to uninstall. Help?

Try disabling McAfee, or uninstalling and leaving only Windows Defender active on the PC.

Try cold starting your PC. Leave it off for a couple of minutes before restarting. Then try uninstalling/reinstalling the game.
