In I remember right your world should be saved in a file under old worlds .

But could be gone as for the gamer tag change I think that you have a settings problem.

its possible you are using a different version of the game, insider program has a version different to the version you get
through the store. make sure your game is up to date and make sure your friends settings allow friends tojoin.

I dont want to reinstal game becouse i bought some Worlds and i dont wont to lose it.

I played it max 1 mount ago and it works normaly.

As long as you use the same account, you won't lose anything.

I had the same issue a few weeks ago when my nephews wanted to play, and Minecraft crashed on the main menu.

If your console was online, your savegame worlds are safely stored in the cloud.

So go to "My Games and Apps" and highlight Minecraft. Then press the Menu button on the controller, and choose to Manage the game.

There delete the LOCAL savegame copy. DO NOT choose to delete your savegames from all consoles (as this will delete the cloud storage, making you lose everything).

Then uninstall the game.

After that, re-install the game again, and start it.

Let the console sync your savegame. DO NOT abort the download! Otherwise your worlds will be lost.

After that, you will be able to play Minecraft again.
