    I uninstalled Halo:MCC but it didn't properly uninstalled. Now I need to manually delete the file to free up space on my hdd. But it not letting me delete those file asking for system permission. Need help please.

    I also fro this problem can not reinstall the game what should i do? Need a fix

    I am on Xbox Game Pass Pc Subscription.

    can u give more detail on how u uninstalled it in the first place?
    New halo patch update was stuck so i figured i will uninstall the game and reinstall it again. But I run into this problem. I uninstall it through Settings Apps but It did't unistalled properly, it didn't deleted the files, so the corupted files are there
    and it's taking all the space. Also i am not unable to reinstall the game agaib through Xbox Beta App because it shows installed failed so i need to delete those files.

    Halo Infinite didn't uninstall properly

    I know this is an option, and i thank you for the input, but its an absolute absurd thing for me to have to do just to uninstall a microsoft program from a microsoft operating system. It happened 2 more times and I am officially 100% out of space on my computer. I don't have restore points because Microsoft does not create them itself, and I have not done that since 99% of computer users know nothing about it and it's not easy to find.

    So wiping out my entire PC just to uninstall a microsoft app is just about the most ridiculous thing they could expect their users to do
