I understand you all have rules but this isn't fair

I have been trying to get my suspension reviewed but it almost seems as if you all don't want anyone to complain about your enforcement team. The way complaints are handled os ridiculous. Now I remember qhem folks weren't too sensitive about things and I
did get carried away with some messages i used and while they weren't trolling or threatening they were harassing. However i react to people exactly the way i am treated online. Theres lost of racism and people worse than me. It is highly unfair you have proceeded
to suspend my account from online people due to tje fact that people report for things such as harassment when it did not. I have sent messages in the past but ceased to do so because of your code of conduct and yet you suspend me because people are such cry
babies. Review my account and my messages tou will even see that team optic member Cezzanne from gears of war an esports team btw sent me a racist message where he admits he told members of the team to report me due to sour game experience. Please see this
message as i am tired of being suspendes because people file complaints with out fundamental reasons

You paid what you thought was a fair price on November 22nd and have had the privilege of enjoying the console for the past 3 months. Now it goes on sale and you think that it's not fair?

No credits

I have purchased coins and keys but am not getting credit for the purchase however, my debit card has been hit for all the purchases.

What is going on???? This isn't fair. If I don't start getting my credits I will not play anymore and will tell all my friends as well.

If you were suspended it's because you violated the ToU/CoC.

You wont ever get suspended just because you were "spam reported".

Doesn't matter who starts it,if you respond in a way that breaks the rules you risk enforcement action.

Just report & block anyone via your console if you think they are breaking the rules,don't respond.

You need to go to the enforcement site
here & file for a case review if eligible.

That's the only way to appeal a suspension.

Also,calling out gamertags is not allowed on the forums.

I don’t think you’re really understanding my points. The point is not that the rules are rules. The rules aren’t fair. They used to be but things have. Clearly changed. The new sjw times.

I got suspended for 24 hours for responded to an annoying person in abbreviations. The enforcement if they are reviewing the messages need to correspond in incordance to who sent the freakin' message first and who is reporting whom. This isn't
fair and needs to be fixed. I pay $60 dollars I should have the right to send abbreviations.

You dont though if it breaks the rules. It doesnt matter who started it. All that matters is if you broke the rules or not

Content providers and not Microsoft, restrict the ability to purchase content based on country. This has nothing to do with fairness and as you were told by Smwutches the game was delisted in 2015 and isn't available to anyone. Maybe try to understand the
rules of the Marketplace or Store? The physical game disc is still available through Amazon, though maybe not in the UK.
