I turned on my Xbox today and The entire system has been wiped.

We understand that you're experiencing issue with your Xbox as there is no games nor account in the console being saved. It sounds like your Xbox may have been reset to its factory settings. This can happen if there was a power outage or if someone manually reset the console. Unfortunately, if this is the case, your games and account information may be lost. However, you can try to recover your account by signing in with your Microsoft account email and password. If you have any games that were purchased digitally, you should be able to re-download them from the Microsoft Store. If you have any physical game discs, you will need to re-install them.

I can't even acesse the Fourms its like my entire account has been wiped from the server

It's been a glitch today that's been sort of random. Some people have had it look like their entire profile is wiped.

Man I wiped my entire xbox...

All my games, gone, just to see if that would fix it...

No dice, didn't work.

I made a new microsoft account and the game has been running extremely smoothly on 4k 120hz for over an hour. Im reporting the issue to Microsoft now. But im telling you, its some bug that has to do with my account, thats the only explanation.

Thanks for your help, how would I wipe cloud storage?
