    Data should be saved in the cloud so when you add your profile back, it should sync back any data stored in the cloud.

    Hello Henry! I'm Kris and I'd be happy to help you with your question.

    Sorry to hear you having issues. First step I would take is to fully power cycle the console by removing the power cable. If that doesn't work, I would suggest resetting the console using the below steps.

    1. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
    2. Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.
    3. Press and hold the Pair button and then press the Xbox button on the console.
    4. Continue holding the Pair button for 10-15 seconds.
    5. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the Pair button after the second power-up tone.
    6. The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

    When the console powers up, you will see the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter. Please click on "Reset this Xbox" then "Reset and keep my games and apps".

    Hi thanks for the help but i realised that Restarting/Reseting the xbox was the only way It would work again any ideas how i get my data back?

    It doesn't seem to be a xbox live issue for me. Literally in the next room I can turn on xbox one and sign in, no problem. Play games get online whatever I need to do. I turn off this console which signs me out, go into the other room turn on my brand
