I turned my xbox on to find that my account was no longer on it, it had completely disappeared, I was getting error code (0x87dd001a) whenever I tryed to do anything I've tryed to contact xbox but there is clearly not way to actually talk to a real person, and I don't know what to do, I finally got my account back onto my xbox by myself but it's treating me like I'm a new player and not been playing for over a decade I need help. I just have no clue what to do at this point there is no way to contact xbox themselves the virtual assistant is useless and tells you nothing then it says to contact a gamer in the community that doesn't even work. I called Microsoft to be answered by a virtual message that tells you the same thing each time to go talk to the other virtual assistant. This is just ridiculous what happened to having a real contact number with a real person at the end of it.

I just added my account back to my xbox but once I did and I was all logged in again it started treating me as if I was a brand new xbox player and I'm unsure if I lost progress and things on games as some just don't want to sync, and a new issue is it is saying the completely wrong time and I manually set it the untied kingdom but its still displaying the wrong time.

I remember like a year ago or so, word suggestion was on my Xbox and then it disappeared. If that happened there must be a way to toggle it on and off. I'll look it up and edit if I find out how.
