I try to sign into Microsoft but apparently my email does not have an account

My bad had a quick look on internet apparently if you sign into your microsoft account you can change update your email account and keep your stuff.

I did not understand. You created another account with the same email of this account that was giving the Minecraft Launcher error?

When you try to sign in to your Microsoft account on the Microsoft website above it signs in or it shows that the account does not exist?
