    Bonjours je me suis fait bannir mon compte microsoft pour avoir utiliser de logiciel illegaux sur ma xbox hors je n'est j'amais utiluser se genre de contenu je suis un joueur de xbox one et je shouaite recupere mon compte car je n'est rien fait d'illegaux

    I'm having the same problem... So far it has been with two error codes and I can't sign in to Xbox.com either.

    I have the following error codes"

    80072EF3

    8015000A

    Whenever I try to look up what these mean, the link crashes or just wont load. WTH is going on here?

    Are you still having this issue with the same error code? Were you able to update your security proofs and such like Bard suggested?

    If you did update your security proofs and you’re still receiving the same error, I suggest redownloading your profile to see if that helps resolve the issue. To do that:
