I’m having the same problem. Can’t move the curser to Active Duty. I can’t get past the screen where you pick the missions. It’s extremely frustrating and I’ve done everything Activision has asked me to do. I get on and my friends want to play DMZ, but I can’t. Maybe Battlefield is the answer.

I can’t find how to force a cloud sync. I can’t play Starfield on my other console in another room because the data won’t sync.
