    I try to log into my xbox profile through my microsoft account and it says the account...


    My sister was trying to play minecraft with her friend but when she tried to sign in it would put her into a different account with the same email address. I have tried the recovery form but it just kept saying that the account didn't exist.

    I signed up with a gmail account

    1. I created the account through my XBOX and it asked for a Microsoft account. I typed in my gmail account and registered through my XBOX with it. I tried logging into my account with the Microsoft login, on this website, but it says it doesn't exist.

    2. I created it through my xbox, I registered for XBOX LIVE through my xbox, not on this website. I have played some GTA ONLINE but that is all that I have currently done with it, because I don't know how to log into it via this website.

    3. Well, I want to be able to log into my account in case I need to cancel any services in the future.

    I can log into the microsoft email account associated with the game, I can log into the xbox app, I can log into Forza website but the game says my profile doesn’t exist?

    I'm logging in with my microsoft account, through the microsoft account log in.

    I've already migrated my account and it worked, because I played after it migrated. I've been having this issue after I changed to the new minecraft launcher they've released through the microsoft store, and I can't log in to Xbox Live through the Xbox app either.

    i deleted my profile, rebuilt the profile, and it didn't help. got the same message.
