    Tous mes services internet fonctionne bien et vous n'avez aucun message d'erreur sur votre site

    Je ne sais pas si vous êtes un membre Microsoft mais je voudrais apporter ce commentaire, ça serait bien d'avoir un numéro de téléphone pour le support technique parce que c'est plus plaisant de faire affaire avec un employé de vive voix que par texte

    Hi Benoit,

    Your welcome am glad you are able to watch Netflix again. As for the number the only way is through the Contact Usand requesting a call
    from support. Use this guide to get to request a call.

    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
    • Step 3-----select show contact options

      Step 4 ----select request call from support

    I will go ahead and lock this thread as it has been resolved.

    Hi Benoit,

    Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. You can try and
    power cycle     the console. Once it comes back on try and uninstall and reinstall the Netflix app.

    Netflix error

    The netflix will not work. It says sorry, there is a problem with the xbox service. Try again later. And then directed me to the website to put in the status code. I put in the code and the site says there is nothing found for service code
    807B019. It has been this way for 4 days. Any suggestions?

    Can i ask if you have checked you Netflix account to see if there was an issue ?

    can you provide a screen shot of the error message and code please ?

    i would also recommend, uninstalling netflix and then try to re-install it and re-link your netflix account.
