I can install the EA 3 day early access base version only. All the Fifa23 versions state "Buy". I am trying to see if XBox support can help but after 1.5 hours with them they are still looking into it.

I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with FIFA23. It seems that this is a common issue for many players who are using Windows 11 Insider Preview build 25905 or later. According to some EA' thread results, the possible solutions are:

Rolling back to an earlier version of Windows 11 Insider Preview, such as 25904 or 2589912. However, this option may not be available if you have installed more than one update after the problematic build. Or you could choose to perform a clean install with Official version of Windows 11( Remenber to back up all important data before doing so)

Waiting for a new update from Insider team or EA that fixes the compatibility issue between FIFA23 and Windows 11 Insider Preview. There is no official announcement on when this will happen, but some users have reported that they contacted EA support and were told that they are working on it.
