I try to get the Xbox live gold for 3 months but it does not let me what I do

Xbox live gold no longer exists, do you need to purchase Game Pass Core

I have a similar issue I converted my xbox live gold into the game pass ultimate which runs out tonight, I didn`t use the game pass features so went and bought a 3 months live gold voucher but when I try and get the 3 months live it converts it to one
month game pass ultimate even though I have cancelled the automatic re-newel, if I try again tomorrow will it let me get the live gold or am I going to have the same problems

happen when I get my Feb deposit in March? Is the issue resolve? How do I fix this issue? Xbox Live Rewards on Twitter said I need to cancel the 3 month promotional Gold. But how do I do that? Xbox Support said that is not impossible. How does added a 3 month
promotional Gold turn my entire Gold into a promotion? Also, I just bought a new 3 month that I added to my Gold, so how come it didn't change it back to non promotional?

My wife bought me the all digital Xbox and the Xbox live gold. When it was almost up i did the 3 months for 1.00 i never got the 3 month what can do to get it back.
ps. I did have the ultimate until the gold expired please help.
