    Hi,

    Does anyone know if this was fixed? I just experienced it a few days ago and can't download Netflix. Note this is the only app I can't download on Xbox. Tried other apps and games and they worki fine after deleting them and downloading again.

    I also have the same issue right now. I never downloaded Netflix on Xbox. And right now I can't. Also at library it shows I don't have it. But again I can't download with the same error

    So this is still happening today.... I made sure that the Microsoft store was updated and today there was an update. I was excited that the problem might have been solved but it still isn't. I wish Microsft would see this and fix it.

    Hi there, I posted this somewhere else but I wanted to make sure you saw it:

    I stressed the bug too but I fixed my issue by having my partner download his profile onto my Xbox Series X.

    Using his profile, I went to the Microsoft store and it prompted me to download instead of “get” .

    That being said that relies on 2 things:

    1. you know someone who trusts you with their gamertag

    2. That their home Xbox has access to Netflix (is my guess at least)

    Sorry it’s not a more universal fix but give that a try!
