Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue connecting. Is your PC connected to the internet? Try powering down the PC completely, when off leave off for 30 seconds and turn it back on. Then try and launch the Xbox beta app. Remember too that this is
a beta app, there will be some bugs and issues.

hey guys, yes my pc does support chromecast i have checked, i cannot also mirror my pc to television either... this does come up to connect to but then connection fails, but thats another problem for another day i would rather get the xbox sorted! so when
i try connect xbox does not even come up as a option?? i have the xbox beta app already? is there anything i need to do in this app to aloow it to be seen?

I'm having a similar problem my xbox one s does this if I try loading up a game it might not load same with a app then it just freezes for a good 30 minutes I have restarted it multiple times and it's still the same

I'm getting the same error code. It happens most often when I am streaming Hulu, and then there's no Internet. I forced quit the app, and I clicked on the games with Gold ad to see which games were on sale. Here's the whole message:

"Content isn't available

It might be a temporary issue, so try checking again later. (0x876c0001)"

It happens frequently (about every 30-60 minutes). The Xbox just acts like there is no Internet connection for about 5 minutes. It is extremely annoying. My connection is wired. My other devices that are connected work fine during this "outage," so it's
obviously an Xbox issue. All my ports are forwarded correctly, and when the Xbox is connected, the NAT is open.

I believe the Xbox One needs an update to address this issue.

Exactly. One of the more frustrating parts of it is when I do the Test Xbox Live Connection Tests, it finishes within a minute, if even 30 seconds, with no issues. But if I even think about signing in to my profile, or anyone elses for that matter, I'm disconnected
within 30 seconds to a minute of connecting to XBL.
