I try to buy something and it says we can’t process your payment and my region is all ok.

I’ve only got one account on my Xbox and it’s my account I’ve tried to redeem it again and it says it’s been redeemed already, so I checked my payment options and it says $50 available but I can’t use it when I try to buy something on the Microsoft store.

Did you receive any other error codes other then that error message? There is a page that I will post

Hey Tarrokk! Can you confirm where you're trying to buy the game? Meaning are you trying to buy it on xbox.com? If not, where are you trying to buy it?

Also, make sure you log into paypal.com and commerce.microsoft.com and ensure that all of the payment details are correct so that we know there isn't a blockage there.

Another thing to consider is region. Make sure your region is set properly as the game may be region locked in your area.

It’s say United state and i did the hard reset and still the problem. I look to the order history at the payment and billing section and its there but when i tried to buy something i can’t it’s not there
