    redeem code?

    When I go to the redeem tab on the web site to enter the 25 dig. code there is no place to enter the code.

    I have the same problem in that I was given a two free day trial when I purchased Fifa 16 and cannot redeem the 25 character code as it comes up with "you have a gold membership already" when I know my Xbox live ran out on the 01/12/15 and today's date is
    12/12/15 so I am really annoyed that I cannot redeem my code

    I got the code from mmoga and the code is just for fifa 15 it says, so could the problem be that the normal fifa 15 is not available,only the holiday bundle,and i have to Waite for the normal fifa 15 to go back on the market before i can redeem my code

    I preordered Watch Dogs and my 15 dollar gift card doesn't work.

    You have to redeem the 9 digit code at the Microsoft store by "purchasing" the $15 card and checkout using the code. You will then receive the 25 digit code in a separate email that can be redeemed on the console or on Xbox.com.

    As AdyCarter says, your original email with the 9 digit code contained all the steps needed to redeem and receive the $15 credit.
