    I tried to redeem my game "Child of Light Ultimate edition" but this error always pops up....


    I tried to redeem my game "Child of Light Ultimate edition" but this error always pops up. Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page or device, or you may be ineligible to redeem this code. Already tried to redeem it through microsoft.redeem.com but it doesn't work my region is valid I already contacted support they said there shouldn't be any problem they said I should contact Ubisoft (it's Ubisoft game) but because I bought from eneba the couldn't do anything. Retailer said the code is valid is there something else I can do or money waisted?

    this message appears if you have a promo code. A Xbox code has 25 characters, those promo codes most often have less than 25. How many has yours ?

    Dying light season pass not downloading??

    I have skimmed through the forum post so forgive me if I have missed this BUT!

    No one is bringing up the crucial point that even though we have bought the ULTIMATE EDITION it says when you go on the ultimate edition to buy it instead of manage!!! Not having the outfits and weapons is one thing which I think is disgusting that we can't
    access these from the get go. But it's like they have swapped the games over so instead we have bought the normal edition with the season pass and not the ultimate edition.

    When I go to the dying light game by itself in the game stores it says manage.

    When I go to dying light on my games section it shows up with the season pass which when i go on manage nothing comes up. BUT WHEN I GO ON ULTIMATE EDITION ON THE GAMES STORE IT SAYS BUY NOW WITH THE PRICE. THIS SHOULD NOT BE HAPPENING.

    THE ULTIMATE EDITION SHOULD SAY MANAGE.

    Mine isn't doing that. The normal Dying Light version shows up as buy. The Ultimate Edition shows up as manage for me. I bought the Ultimate Edition. I just think that somebody somewhere F!@#ed up royally because they wanted to go home early to their
    family instead of doing their job like they were supposed to and they missed some coding or put the wrong coding in. But I agree with you. I feel like I should have been able to access the weapons and outfits from the start. And now I'm finished the ***
    game. Whats the point now? Unless the DLC will contain story extensions?
