I tried to redeem game gift code but doesn't want to work

Was it gifted through Xbox? Are you in the same region as the person that gifted it to you?

Same issue here. Redeemed code and it downloaded to both FH3 main game and demo. It would not appear in my garage in the main game. I didn't play the demo as I wanted to hold out for the main game, so I've just tried deleting the demo to see if it is
somehow linking to that rather than the main game. It has also deleted the Warthog from under the main game however.

Obviously redeeming the code again doesn't work so it would be great to either gifted a new one or have the ability to redownload the Warthog. Thanks.

Changing region doesn't let you purchase stuff from the store for that region or redeem gifted codes. The best work around I found was having a friend from that region redeem the gift code so that I could have the content, I'm sure this would also work
with purchases. Other than that I don't have any other suggestions, let me know if it works.

Is the person who gifted you the DLC from the same country as you? This has to be the case, otherwise you won't be able to redeem the gift code.
