I tried to redeem a Minecraft code from McDonald’s but it says it’s been redeemed what can I do

Hi, I have bought a mcdonalds 2,500 point minecraft deal that gets me a whole bunch of skins. I have redeemed the code on Minecraft.net/mcdonalds but it hasn't shown up in my account?

Just wondering if there is any specific way to get skins?

I also accidentally bought it twice & have redeemed both codes but still nothing in my account.

Unless maybe I'm looking in the wrong place for the items in minecraft bedrock?

Not only that, but please be aware this site you mentioned is not an authorized seller. Actually, this website, including similar ones like, G2A, CD Keys, etc. are not authorized as well. It is not possible to determine how a seller obtains a key, and the chances of getting a used or fraudulent key are high.

Therefore, Microsoft is not able to assist with redeemable codes obtained outside the Microsoft Store. So what I can suggest you is to ask for a refund and then get a code from a reputable and authorized source in your country.

I tried to redeem my perk for the starter bundle in warframe and it says that the code has been redeemed but i still havent recieved anything in-game. Ive tried to redeem the code again but it says that its already been redeemed. Any help?

I was able to figure out the solution!

For anyone else who has purchased and tried to redeem multiple of the same Minecoin denomination gift cards to an account, do the following:

1. For Minecoins and Minecraft, redeem the first code. It should redeem successfully.
   
2. This seems to put the redemption in a "waiting to be delivered state." This is what prevents the 2nd code from working.
   
3. On the account receiving the Minecoins, log into Minecraft and go to the store.
   
4. Ensure that the new coins have been delivered/received.
   
5. Once the first code of coins has been delivered/received into the account, you can now redeem another code!
   

Hope this helps others looking for this issue! It seems you just need to deliver/get the coins on the account before you can redeem another "same" code/denomination to the same account.

This should be really be documented in the FAQ!

When i tried to redeem it, it worked for about a minute then it says this promo code can't be used on this account. And to be honest, I didnt redeem it and i tried again and it says this promo code has already been redeemed. I Really Need Help With This!!
