On the 2/20 "The Hard Road" event, I was able to play the first game okay, but when I tried to go on, the game crashed and kicked me back to my home screen. I tried restarting game several times, and it wouldn't even let the first game play again before
crashing. Running Windows 10 (latest version) on a Dell Computer.

i´m on windows 10. i also tried running it on low quality settings. It just starts to stutter an then crashes. I was playing on recomended settings just fine, but for a while now i just cant play it anymore. My windows is up to date

other games work just fine, it´s only forza horizon 4

I currently play on pc using the Ubisoft connect I have updated my graphics and I’m on the current version of windows. The crash only happens when I play rainbow six siege. Other games I play does not crash. I have done a clean boot on my pc and reinstalled the game. I’ve verified my game files also done a sfc /scannow on CMD. I’m currently running my game as administration. Sometimes when I crash apps that are running in the background close for example discord. But I have disabled background applications and tried troubleshooting what could be interfering with the app but nothing has been conflicting with the game.

hi geri thank for getting back to me, im currently running on the latest verision of windows 10 i made sure the update it multiple times to see if it was an update issue. in terms of error codes, i dont get any, it just doesnt open anything and then on xbox it asks for gaming services to download even if its downloaded. ive tried opening the games from the search bar and it just says tehre is a problem with microsoft store and no error message. also i have tried all the troubleshooting methods youve shown me and still it doesnt say anything except for the windows troubleshooter, in which it says there is hanging or crashing apps but that only appears half the time when i run the troubleshooter so i dont know if it is directly correlated.
