Firstly, could you let me know the specific system version? You can check it by pressing the Win key + R key, and typing "winver", then press Enter, please take a screenshot/photo of it, and only send the relevant information without PII in the next reply.

Did you use any Network proxy software before this exception appeared? If so, you can quit the software and clean up the settings according to the steps below. Win + R to open "Run", type "inetcpl.cpl" and press Enter to open Internet Properties and set as below.





Then Optimize network connection to Microsoft server. "Win" logo key + "Q" to open the search box, type 'ncpa.cpl', press Enter to open the "Network Connections" window, select your network adapter, right-click it > "Properties", double-click "Internet Protocol Version (TCP/IP)", then check “Use the following DNS server address", and type "4.2.2.1" in "Preferred DNS server", and type "4.2.2.2" in "Alternate DNS server", then press OK.

If your other network applications fail to work properly (unable to load or slow connection) due to the above changes, you can set it to "Obtain DNS server address automatically" after the problem is fixed.

Or you can reset the network. Run Command Prompt as an administrator ("Win" logo key + "Q", type "cmd", select "Run as administrator"), and type the following commands one by one.

netsh int ip reset

netsh winsock reset
netsh winhttp reset proxy

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew

ipconfig /flushdns

Hello, I tried using the following you helped for me, but it seems like it still does the same thing.





There is my system version.

Hi there

I am able to login my account but this morning was giving me a hard time with error code but after a few trial i was able to login.

No error message appear for the network .I am connected.

I tried doing the power cycling but still same thing.

The thing is i cannot login to play any games.

Eg Smite even if i press A for login it just load and after pushes me to main menu, same with apex, same with SIm city and all the games on my console

No dragons spotted in Riverwood, but I found my first random dragon at Dawnstar. It was flying over the city when I came out of the Quicksilver mine.
