I tried to log in on a old account I verified email and put password in and I just get a...

Hi there.. to add Xbox account to New or old account on Xbox. Before log in you well see say Add account or log in. SO click add account and put down email and passwords than it well log you in.

To make new account is easy. Just click make new account than put new email or hotmail than make new passwords and Choose what username than click done than that it.

While writing the above post an idea popped into my head to go to Outlook.com and put in my son's email account. It then, finally, let me change the password through the parent account. We then were able to log on to Xbox Live on his account after a good
half hour of putting in phone numbers, emails, and password going to different computers to get confirmation codes,etc, etc, etc, and etc, and etc. Whew! but it finally worked! Remind me NOT to renew as I am completely fed up with having to verify, re-verify,
and to verify the re-verify. Really I have way too many other things that need to be done than constantly having to hassle with verifications. Seriously, it's easier to get my password recovered from my bank then it is to play a game online through the Xbox.
I think I'm gonna vomit now. (rant over).

Same with me but I reset my password then changed my email cuz the email I had before was my fathers, so they sent an email verifying it was me so I did that then tried to log in and it didn't work. I logged into Xbox live on here and it logs me into a different
account that I don't have. I clicked change region just to see what would happen the said it would update my account or something and says wait 30 days. I just bought gold membership jun 1st now I loose a month a membership.

I have tried to log in with my Microsoft account. But no matter which passwords I try or other email addresses, it simply brings me to a screen that only lists my Xbox account as linked. There is no sign of my Mojang account in Microsoft. I don't believe it's gone because I have played Java with my Mojang account on computer after I merged to Microsoft. I think the best course of action would be for someone to go in on the Microsoft side, because I have put in several hours on my end with no avail .

I checked and I can still log into Mojang website with my current account using my old password. When I use the old password on the launcher I can't get in and with the changed new password I get brought back to Xbox.

(also sorry for late response, I had a surgery recovery in play.)

Hey there. Just to clarify, did you already go to live.com and make the gmail account a WLID, or are you simply trying to put the gmail address into the form to change your WLID? Can you try logging in to gmail separately to verify that the email/password
is correct?
