    I tried to gift my friend Call of duty cold war,


    but after it was brought and they attempted to redeem it they said that the code didnt work and the xbox was saying the code was didnt exist. she Copy and pasted it 10 times but there was still no change, i tried to see if anyone else had the same issue but couldnt find any fix for it. She turnt her xbox off and on multiple times and no change.

    Yes i did buy it through the Microsoft store, Thats why im a bit confused as to why the product didnt work. I wouldnt be able to get a refund for it would i?
    My friend actually had to buy the game on their end because my gift didnt work.
