This may be an ongoing issue, I'm experiencing this error too. In this case, please report this issue to the Xbox team from this page: https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status

Select 'Report' under 'Report a service outage'. Then choose 'Cloud Gaming' > 'Launching Cloud Gaming'. Then in Additional feedback, copy and paste the error that you receive.

Once you submit this report it will be forwarded to the appropriate team for investigation. Please reach back if you have any questions.

I was playing on xbox cloud gaming but it keep saying an error occurred while processing your request

Tried that, restarted computer, same error.

I tried changing permissions for a few of the games individually and got this error:

"An error occurred while applying security information to:

C:\XboxGames\Solasta\Content\Solasta.exe

Failed to enumerate objects in the container. Access is denied."

Not sure if this is relevant, but wanted to post it for evidence.

The incredibly helpful error that I get is: "An error occurred. Please try again." I've tried different computers and browsers so it's definitely not a client issue.

Not tried web as I don't use a laptop/computer. Just my phone for Internet.

I shouldn't have to go on the web browser to play cloud gaming when it's available with my subscription in the app. I'm basically getting less for my subscription fee than is promised.
