I tried to get in to my account for a few years I changed the password and still not work

Same here. I have had an account, and used the 360 with it, for YEARS. Hadn't used it for a while though (a few months) and so when I tried to use the xbox this morning I had to go through all this crap to "verify" my account and in that process ended up
having to change my password. Now I'm getting the error message on the xbox that my new password doesn't work but OBVIOUSLY it is working here on the site. So freaking annoyed right now!!! I just wanted to use it to work out this morning and spent all of my
available time dealing with the verification crap and it's still not working. I guess I'll just use the 360 for a paperweight, play the PS4 and use On Demand for working out.

I changed my password. Still didn't work. I tried logging on with a different account and that did work. The thing is all my saves are on my other account so I still need to access it. Also, my computer uses the same Microsoft account as my xbox, and my
computer can sign in no problem.

Okay, so I've done that, but it didn't work so I gave up on xbox for the past month, but now I am trying to go back, but when I tried signing in on xbox with this profile, it would just say that the password was incorrect, but I had ensured that it was right
several times, eventually I changed the password and tried again and continued saying the password was incorrect. I then decided I would delete and redownload the account, but now every time I try it says it cannot download live accounts at this time, so i
waited, but still, didn't work, i ensured the internet was working on the xbox, and it was, I waited a few days, and it still says that it cannot download live profiles, so I deleted a few live accounts off the console, and still won't work. I have gold on
the account which I cannot use, and games I cannot continue on. Please help.
