Please try to remove and re-add the card from your payment options. You can remove the payment method by doing the steps below.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing.

Select Payment options.

In the box that contains your current payment option, select the box that contains the trash can icon to Remove your payment method.

You can add it again by doing the steps below.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing.

Select Payment options.

Select Add a new payment method.

Choose a payment option, and then follow the instructions to add or update your payment option.

Try purchasing the in-game currency again and see if it works.

If it's still not working, please try purchasing the in-game currency on a web browser through the Microsoft Store Xbox page on your computer and see if it works there.

I would suggest getting or buying Microsoft currency instead if you are unable to use Paypal due to region restrictions. Have you tried using Microsoft currency? Or can you tell me where does it say you are having region issues? What error message are you getting to be exact? When trying to buy the game, are you not able to choose Paypal?

new addition. i tried broadcasting twitch on forza and it errored every time. it says uknown game then quickly backs out and says something happened error. when i went to titanfall it worked perfectly? does the xbox not see this as a game?

i bought this through microsoft currency ( with the cards you buy at a store similar to ms points) could this be a problem?

also this game was on sale for 40 bucks with gold
