    I’m kinda mad. When I view my active subscriptions it says I have a gold subscription until June but I can’t access gold features and I still get ads telling me to go gold on my dashboard. I was charged twice for it. What’s going on?

    so I was recently going through my purchase history, and realised Xbox charged me twice for my Xbox live gold subscription

    Is it possible to reverse this transition?

    Game pass not working on Xbox.

    I have tried both and they don’t help.

    When I try to play a game it says: “Looks like you need to renew Xbox game pass” 0x803f800e

    When I go to subscriptions it says game pass and live gold are active and the next charge is next month.
