I tried going in after doing everything needed and my app just gave me this.

First it told me to uninstall fortnite. It wobt fo it. It gave me the error. Ive tried restarting the console, i e unplugged and pluugged back in everything. So is my xboc fryed? I just need to know if i need to go get a new one.

Please some one help me! I have tried just about everything I could think of I'm have the same problem and after trying the suggestion that you guys gave drop zone I still am experiencing it. The game isn't freezing it's crashing. I need help.

I tried troubleshooting with the link you gave me, that didnt help. I tried the "contact us" but when it asks what the topic is, it wont let me go to step 4 which is to contact them. It says everything is working on Live status, but my apps clearly aren't
working. Im at a loss. When i check Live status on my xbox, however, it says service alert.

UPDATE: So, instead of clicking on the app shortcut, i went to my list of apps and clicked on it there, and it worked! Wth? Im just glad its working, thanks for your help though.

Possibly not. If I and five previous Support calls are not able to fix this then please tell me what you think I'm missing and we can go there.

I gave you everything to try for Xbox in my first post. If its the only app not connecting then it needs resetting, re-registering or reinstalling. This always solves single app connectivity failure.

Look at that laundry list of things you gave me to do!

It's just not worth another hour of my time. I'll just write it off as a donation and try again after a clean install, and when I did that, everything worked fine.
