    I transfered my points and they never came up, it said I had to wait another 5 days.


    Well 5 days ago I was told about my Xbox reward points. So I checked the website and I had 3950 I believe. I clicked deposit and it said to wait until today. So I waited until today around this time and my points were not deposited. I checked
    the website and it said I had not deposited them and had to wait another 5 days. I really would like to know why they were not deposited. It said I had to wait again and I really would like to preorder Infinite Warfare

    anyone bought from GAME online?

    They sent is and it should take 2 days it normaly does when i do. But once i had a thing go missing wondering when it will turn up and it never did so i emailed them after 5 days then they said we will dispatch another at no extra cost. but it shoud normaly
    be 2 days.

    Points have been pending forever

    My points were pending forever as well, but I recently got them. I believe it has something to do with reaching a minimum threshold before they will award them to your account. I had 40 pts pending for about 5 months, but once I renewed my Family Gold Membership,
    my rewards points jumped considerably and within 30 days they were transfered to my account. I believe the minimum is 100pts. Hope this helps.

    We only have two scheduled deposit times around the middle and end of the month. Since your deposit request came too close to one of these scheduled deposits, it was not able to be included in that batch of deposits, and was instead scheduled for our next
    deposit date around the middle of the following month.

    No error messages. It said the points were transferred successfully. But no points have appeared on the secondary account. I even tried removing the account from the family pack, waited 5 days and I am trying right now but still no luck.
