Thanks for posting your question! Sorry you're dealing with this issue with the app. It sounds like the app is running but just not displaying properly.

Clearing the app’s cache and data in your phone’s settings might fix it. You can do this by going to Settings Apps Microsoft Solitaire Storage, then selecting clear cache and clear data.

If the issue persists, uninstalling and reinstalling the app from the Play Store could help. Also, make sure both the app and your phone’s software are up to date, as sometimes compatibility issues can cause display problems.

If none of that works, try restarting your phone. If the problem still isn’t resolved, it could be a compatibility issue with the new Samsung S25.

I not even sure that it's the preview program at all. My screen now loads up to a blank black screen after the my games and apps logo repeatedly pops up and disappears till it finally disappears completely to a blank black screen. It only shows the logo
and none of my games and it also showed me sign in.

I purchased the fallout 4 and it did not download when I go to the marketplace to try to download it the button says "manage" I click on it and it brings me to the my games and apps and displays a blank screen

Does anyone know a fix to this I think it falls under the topic of this thread
